May I introduce you to a palette that I use nearly everyday. It's the sleek 'Au Naturel' palette.

One of the reasons I love this palette is because of it's range of matte and shimmery eyeshadows. All the colours are really wearable and the dark colours make really nice liners.

The colours I've swatched are my favourite from the palette. As you can see they have pretty good colour pay-off bar a few of the matte ones. I LOVE Taupe and Cappuccino for all over the eyelid and Moss and Regal look lovely in the crease.
I cannot say a bad word about any of the Sleek eyeshadow palettes! They are great value for money (£6.49 from Sleek Website), are really pigmented and all of the palettes have a really good range of colours! I really recommend the 'Au Naturel' palette along with the 'Storm' palette. Both are great!

Have you got any of these palettes?
What do you think of them?

Thankyou for reading!

When it comes to painting nails (even if I do say so myself) I'm pretty good. However when nail art is involved I am not but after watching sototallyvlog's pamper video where she showed herself doing this (video linked below) I had to give it a go!

The two nail polishes I use were OPI's Stranger Tides and Topshop's Hyperreal.

To create this look...
1. Paint your base colour all over the nail, I used a rose gold colour.
2. When completely dry place the corner of a piece of tape over the area you want the base colour to show through.
3. Paint your next colour (I used a pale/pastel green) over the rest of the nail.
4. Wait until dry, peel off the tape and....voila!!

Personally I don't really like fussy nail art so this design I love! I also really like the combination of nail varnishes I used. I will definitely be using this throughout spring and summer!

Have you tried something similar to this? Do you have any other simple nail art ideas?

Thankyou for reading!

(Left 'Cotton Candy', Right 'Fairy Cake')

These little beauties have been surrounded by a lot of hype in the blogging world and since trying them I now understand why. They are "velvety soft, matt finish, lip creams" that come in a range of four colours.
The colours I have are 'Cotton Candy' a classic pink colour and 'Fairy Cake' a coral. Both are absolutely lovely and really unique. I've never seen anything like this available on the hight street before and for £2.99 they are really worth it!

(Left 'Cotton Candy', Right 'Fairy Cake', Natural Light)

The formulation is lovely and smooth and doesn't highlight any dry skin on your lips if you apply a balm before.
The staying power isn't fantastic but for the price you can't complain and although the colour range is limited you really can't fault the choice.
I intend on getting 'Powder Puff' to mix with 'Cotton Candy' and 'Fairy Cake' to make a lighter shade (I really hope this works) and I think the coral and pink are perfect for spring/summer and I believe these are available from Superdrug and Boots!

Have you tried these? If so, what do you think of them?

Hope you enjoyed the post!
